Hi, I'm Christine, the owner of Polished Tech. My career has given me the opportunity to work with technology from nearly every angle — infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, administration, development and user training.

It started with hands-on IT.

In education, I managed the technology environment for an entire school. That meant networking, hardware installation and maintenance, troubleshooting, supporting staff and teaching people how to use the systems they depended on.

Then technology and training came together.

I expanded into learning technology, building customized Moodle learning-management environments and training staff to use them effectively.

My responsibilities kept growing.

In the mortgage industry, I became responsible for a broad IT environment that included business systems, Microsoft 365 administration, hardware and software support, infrastructure and server administration. My work also expanded into software development and customized business solutions.

That variety is exactly what I wanted to bring to Polished Tech. Home users and small businesses often don't need a giant IT provider — they need a knowledgeable person who can look at the whole problem, work efficiently and explain the solution clearly.
